§ A — DESCRIPTION

Description

The equipment in the kit lets students go through the full TLC workflow at a teaching scale:

  1. Sample preparation.
  2. Plate preparation.
  3. Application of sample and standard solutions to the plate.
  4. Chromatographic development (eluent front rise in the chamber).
  5. Detection of the analytes on the plate.
  6. Evaluation of results.

Method guidance ships with the kit — it shortens the learning curve and lets the teacher run the first sessions without separate preparation.
