Consent to personaldata processing

By sending an enquiry to IMID Limited Liability Company (details and address at the top of this document; the Operator) by e-mail, by phone or by message to the phone number shown on the Sorbfil website (the Site), I, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006 (the Law), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give the Operator my consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.

Consent is deemed given when the enquiry is sent. Its text and the Personal Data Processing Policy are published on the Site and available before any enquiry.

• surname, first name and patronymic;
• e-mail address and phone number;
• the name of the organisation I represent and my position;
• delivery address and consignee details — if I provide them;
• the content of my enquiry and anything I attach to it.

• answering my enquiry, advice on the products;
• preparing a quotation and an invoice;
• concluding and performing a supply contract, including arranging shipment and delivery.

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction — both automated and non-automated (mixed processing).

Transfer (provision) is allowed only to the extent and in the cases set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy: to a carrier for delivery, to a bank for payments, and to public authorities where the law provides. The Operator may entrust processing to a provider of hosting or e-mail services in compliance with the Law. Data is not transferred across borders. Dissemination of personal data — disclosure to an unlimited number of persons — is not permitted.

Consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than three years from my last contact with the Operator if no contract was concluded. If a contract was concluded, the data is kept for the periods set by law for contract documents.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by a notice sent to the Operator by e-mail or by post to its registered address. On receiving it, the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within 30 days unless it has other grounds for processing under the Law or a contract (Part 5 of Article 21 of the Law).

I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy, that the data I provide is accurate, and that if I pass another person's personal data to the Operator (for example, a consignee's), I have obtained their consent to do so.
