§ A — DESCRIPTION

Description

For reagent application the plates sit on a mounting stage and the whole assembly is placed into the cabinet. This solves three problems at once: the operator does not breathe the reagent aerosol, the work area is not contaminated by stray droplets, and the plate stays still during spraying — critical for a uniform background that downstream densitometry can read cleanly.

The cabinet ships with the mounting stage included.
