§ A — DESCRIPTION

Description

The visualiser requires no change to existing TLC procedures. Together with the Sorbfil TLC View software it processes the plate image: builds a chromatogram (analogue curve) from the deviation of spot brightness against the plate background, locates the peaks on that curve and computes their area. The quantitative model assumes that the size and brightness of a spot (relative to the plate background) are proportional to the mass of analyte in it. The software supports two quantitative calculations: percentage composition of a mixture, and concentration of an analyte in a sample.

Differences from the previous-generation densitometers:

  • Plate format up to 100×200 mm.
  • Effective daylight and 254 nm / 365 nm UV illumination using LEDs with active cooling.
  • Improved illumination uniformity and elimination of flicker from the fluorescent and mercury lamps used in earlier densitometers; lower power draw and reduced environmental footprint.
  • Membrane keypad with colour-coded indication.
  • Built-in video camera and video-capture device.
  • Mobile-lab compatible: runs from an autonomous 12 V supply.

HOW TO ORDER

Three stepsto invoice

Message the manager with the items and quantities you need, and you’ll receive an invoice within 1–3 business days.

  1. Pick the items

Open the catalog and identify the specific items: plate type, size, layer thickness.

  2. Message the manager

Send a message or an e-mail — whichever works for you. Include the item (name or ТУ) and quantity; the manager will follow up with any clarifications.

  3. Receive an invoice

The manager will send an invoice with banking details, shipping timeline, and delivery terms.
