§ A — DESCRIPTION
Description
A minichromatographer is a field "all-in-one" case built around a single indicator-tube type. The lab or service team gets not just a consumable tube but a complete working kit: draw the sample with the syringe, push it through the indicator tube, read the discoloured-zone length against the supplied scale — the whole protocol runs in 15–20 minutes from sample intake to result.
The principle is the same across all four variants — selective chemisorption of the target component on the indicator sorbent, followed by measurement of the discoloured zone length. The adsorbent, syringe volume and measurement range differ; see the per-variant sections below.
